პალეოგრაფიული თავისებურებები: გრაფემა დ-ონით აღნიშნულია და კავშირი. გრაფემა ო-ნი გამოყენებულია უ-ნის მნიშვნელობით. დაზიანება: ბალავრის ქვა გამოქარვისგანაა დაზიანებული და რამდენიმე ადგილას ზედაპირია ამოტეხილი, რის გამოც რამდენიმე გრაფემა, განსაკუთრებით I სტრ. შუა და ბოლო ნაწილში, ასევე IV სტრ. დასაწყისი რთულად იკითხება. დათარიღება წინა გამოცემებში: ვ. ჯაფარიძე 1213-1222 წწ-ით ლაშა-გიორგის ზეობის პერიოდით ათარიღებს. წარმოდგენილი დათარირების საფუძვლები: გაზიარებულია ვ. ჯაფარიძის თვალსაზრისი, პალეოგრაფიული ნიშნების მიხედვით წარწერის მსგავსებისა თამარის, ლაშა-გიორგის და რუსუდანის ეპოქის ეპიგრაფიკულ ძეგლებთან, თუმცა, სწორედ ასეთი პალეოგრაფიული დახასიათება მიუთითებს, რომ წარწერა შეიძლება შესრულებული იყოს როგორც ლაშა-გიორგის, ისე თამარის და რუსუდანის მეფობის ხანაში. ამგვარად წარწერას ზოგადად XIII ს-ის I ნახ.-ით ათარირებენ. წარწერაში ვ. ჯაფარიძე რამდენიმე სიტყვას განსხვავებულად კითხულობს: პირველ სტროფში - სულა(ა)მაშენებელთასა (?) ინაისასა(ა), მეორეში - ბეშანგისასა (?)და მათთა მსახურთასა, მეოთხეში - უმაღლესო (?) ყოველთაო
